Shipping

All orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks after order placement, excluding peak seasons. Ready-to-wear items are typically dispatched within 1-2 days, unless alterations are requested, which may require additional time.

We are happy to offer shipping to GCC countries, with delivery usually taking up to one week after your order has been shipped. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

Exchanges & Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds; however, we are happy to offer exchanges. Items can only be exchanged for ready-to-wear pieces, and all exchanged items must be in their original condition and unworn.

For orders outside Qatar, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees if they wish to exchange or alter items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your items reach us safely.
